We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sports bras
  • Swimwear
  • Any undergarments

Exceptions: We will accept returns if these items arrive defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
